No, my problem with accessing the templates has not been resolved or "completed" as it is stated on this forum by my previous entry. First, they were sent to the wrong (old) email address not the email I currently provided. Then I got an email stating "status has been changed by info" (?- what does it even mean?) and links provided. When I clicked left, "Link expired" When I clicked right, as suggested, "Link expired." When I went to the links on the old email address, "Link expired." Ever since, no answer to repeated messages and emails. It has been two days. I am starting a compalint process against the company with PayPal, maybe that will prod somebody to work on the issue? I just want to finally get that "INstant access" the company promises!
